Through the World Account, WorldFirst is meeting the needs of SMEs engaged in international trade or business, both online via marketplaces or websites, as well as offline to support importers and exporters. What You'll Do: Directly responsible for acquiring, managing and maintaining key partner relationships with companies able to introduce clients to WorldFirstWork closely with these partners to drive referrals into the WorldFirst business, focused on the key KPIs of the business at that timeDevelop partnerships that may include referral or affiliate type relationships. Stay up-to-date with WorldFirst's latest products and services to proficiently promote these to partners and their clients, representing WorldFirst with the utmost integrityMake regular contact with partner network, providing feedback on any issues they face and delivering solutions to help them overcome theseFrom trade shows one week to partner webinars and marketing activities the next, represent WorldFirst comfortably in a wide variety of scenarios and locationsWork closely with internal teams across multiple disciplines to ensure the smooth and successful onboarding and activation of partners What We're Looking For:5+ years of experience in partnership management Poland, preferably in financial services, payments, fintech, ecommerce or SaaSStrong connections with international trade, marketplace networks, service providers, or ecommerce ecosystems in PolandProven track record of success, delivering on and exceeding demanding targetsExperience in developing and executing strategies to drive engagement and client referrals across a referring population with a clear understanding of requirements and techniques to achieve those goalsComfortable communicating with partners at different levels of seniority, understanding the roles and priorities of different stakeholders across client portfoliosDisciplined approach to work and open to developing and improving existing processes to ensure management information is accurate, up-to-date and allows for data-informed decisionsAbility to thrive in high-growth, ambiguous environments where pace is fast and opportunities are plentiful
