About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with customers via live chat and email, resolving issues and providing timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction

Compile and summarize product feedback from merchants, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions
Engage in non-customer support related tasks, such as researching tools, crafting blog posts, or creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests


Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:

Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
A genuine passion for interacting with people and resolving their problems, with a patient and empathetic approach
Proficiency in discussing technical concepts at a high level, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Basic knowledge of CSS and JS, with a willingness to expand your technical skills as needed

Availability to ensure at least a 4-hour overlap with the GMT+7 time zone (9am-6pm)

Proficiency in additional languages, such as French, Spanish, or Italian, to cater to a diverse customer base
