Support applicants through the enrollment process
Track and manage communications using CRM tools
Collaborate with a remote team to meet outreach goals
What You Bring:
Residing in or near Irvine, CA
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy and familiar with remote collaboration tools
Prior experience in admissions, call centers, education, or customer service
Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
Bonus Skills:
