1. Accounts Payable Specialist

Position Summary:
The Accounts Payable Specialist manages outgoing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payments

Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies

Execute payment runs (ACH, checks, wires)

Reconcile accounts payable and assist with month-end close

Monitor aging reports and ensure timely payments

Support audits and maintain financial documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

2+ years of relevant experience

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

2. Account Manager

Position Summary:
The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs

Monitor service delivery and resolve issues

Identify opportunities for growth and service expansion

Prepare client reports and presentations

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field

3+ years of account management or client-facing experience

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Experience in healthcare or behavioral services is a plus

3. Financial Controller

Position Summary:
The Financial Controller oversees all financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounting functions (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger)

Prepare financial statements and reports

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes

Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards

Oversee audits and implement internal controls

Provide financial insights to leadership

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)

5–10 years of progressive accounting experience

Strong leadership, analytical, and financial reporting skills

Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel
