They are seeking an experienced B2B SaaS Sales Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for a fast-growing sales organization, partnering with leadership to find top sales talent.ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle recruiting across the sales organization: SDRs, SDR leadership, AEs, and Account ManagementRun high-volume SDR pipeline searches alongside AM and AE searches; you are comfortable with both velocity hiring and precision individual contributor searches in the same weekPartner with sales leaders as a strategic advisor on leveling, comp benchmarking, and hiring plans; you push back when a brief is wrongBuild sourcing strategies that consistently surface top-quartile sales talent: direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and creative outboundRun sharp, candidate-respecting interview processes: intakes, scorecards, debriefs, offers, and closeCoach hiring managers on interviewing, calibration, and selling the companyRepresent the client's culture credibly and energetically to candidates, including early-career SDR talent, who should come away from a conversation with you feeling motivated about the opportunitySkills4-8 years of full-cycle recruiting with a track record of hiring SDRs, SDR leadership, AEs, and/or Account Management at a Product-Led, B2B SaaS, travel tech, or fintech companyGreenhouse power user, with experience owning scorecards, pipeline reporting, and structured interview configurationDirect sourcing as your primary method, with proven outbound results, rather than relying on inbound or agency pipelinesComfort working from Greenhouse pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill data, and discussing your funnel metrics in detailAn active AI workflow, with the ability to speak to specific tools and how they increase your outputExperience at a travel, fintech, or B2B marketplace companyChicago or Denver basedEmbedded or contract recruiting background, with the ability to ramp fast and operate independentlyExperience recruiting roles at the fintech / payments intersection alongside salesCompany OverviewJob MobZ is a staffing and recruiting company that provides RPO, sourcing, screening, identifying, and hiring services.
