Overview
Willamette Properties Group, a high-producing real estate team operating under Real Broker LLC in the Eugene/Junction City area, is seeking an experienced part-time Transaction Coordinator. This is a remote-friendly role built for a self-directed professional who thrives on organization, accuracy, and getting things done without someone looking over their shoulder.
Responsibilities
• MLS listing input and full listing coordination
• reZEN compliance and file documentation
• Deadline and timeline management across multiple active files
• Communication and coordination with agents, clients, title, and lenders
Qualifications
• Real estate transaction experience — this is a firm requirement
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication
• The ability to manage multiple files simultaneously without dropping balls
• An Oregon real estate license is a plus, not a requirement
