Paid Media Manager, Search & Social

M+C Saatchi Performance is a global digital media agency, connecting brands to people. They are seeking a motivated and growth-minded Paid Media Manager to join their Search & Social team, responsible for managing multi-channel campaigns and contributing to client strategy and growth.ResponsibilitiesWork across the full campaign lifecycle – planning, setup, pacing, optimizations, insights, and reportingConsistently adapt optimization strategies to meet the specific goals and KPIs of multiple clients across web and app experiencesPresent reporting and performance insights that lead to gains against client business objectives, effectively communicating wins and improvement areasAlign with Account teams to fully understand client needs and suggest impactful strategiesWork with clients to provide input on ad copy and visuals, keeping in mind best practices across the various platformsGrow partner and client relationships as a daily point of contactSupport the team as the day-to-day Search & Social contact for internal teamsSkills1–2 years of hands‑on, bottom funnel paid media experience, ideally at a digital or full‑service agencyWorking knowledge of major platforms in either search and/or social: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, (SEM, PMAX, Google App Campaigns, etc.)Strong analytical skills and comfort completing data analysis in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic arithmetic, lookup tables, etc.)Detail‑oriented with excellent organization and time‑management skillsComfortable managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and prioritiesClear communicator—both written and verbalCurious, proactive, and eager to grow your skill set across new channels and client typesA collaborative teammate with a positive attitude and strong work ethicBenefitsCompetitive benefits package, including 20 vacation days and 401k matchSummer Fridays: We aim to stop working at 3:00pm on Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor DayHoliday Break: 11 annual bank holidays, plus Christmas to New Year’s EveFlexible work arrangements available, combining on-site and remote work as needed.Company OverviewWe are a Global digital media agency specializing in taking a human approach to connecting brands with people across all channels.
