[Remote] Project Manager - Non Emergency Services

The Project Manager for Non-Emergency Services will manage Major Account customer projects from quoting through delivery, requiring strong project and account management skills while liaising with customers and vendors.ResponsibilitiesReceive and enter customer order requests for managed site services productsAccurately document and input orders into Salesforce, ensuring quality data entry and all applicable information that will inform procurement, customer support and accountingRespond to assigned cases in a timely and professional manner, assuring customers their inquiries have been received and are being addressedUsing pricing guidelines, provide accurate quotes to customers and a commitment to deliver services within an acceptable time frameLeverage our network of vendors to source orders; ensuring the selected vendor will deliver the product(s) within the agreed time and at a price that will maximize marginsNegotiate with vendors to maximize margins and minimize costs, avoiding extraneous fees and/or gouging due to the urgency of client's needsWhen applicable, manage and maintain a file of open purchase orders and follow up daily to ensure sales records are complete and capable of being accurately invoicedProvide vendors with all relevant site and contact information, obtain ETA, prep vendor to provide all weight tickets and other paperwork required for invoicingProactively communicate with the customer throughout each phase of the project to ensure they have relevant status information and updates over the lifecycle of their projectCommunicate client needs and demands to internal stakeholders, create tickets for accounting and customer support to execute necessary service requestsCoordinate with team members working on the same account to ensure consistent service and completion of open itemsDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, especially with customer project managers, account executives and other key decision makers and stakeholdersContinually seek opportunities to build out and expand our offerings with current or potential customersPerform Other Duties as AssignedSkills3+ years of proven experience in a related industry or one with equivalent processes and toolsExperience in a customer facing remote environment with the ability to communicate effectively over the telephone, by computer, video, email and social media with a high attention to detailStrong Technical/computer aptitude and familiar with using Salesforce.com or similar CRM including the utilization of multi-screen systems to organize and maximize effortsExperience managing multiple projects, leveraging multiple vendors, across multiple sites simultaneouslyPossess a self-motivated attitude of ownership and accountability for matters from the beginning to end with an extreme desire to resolve open issuesAbility to maintain high energy levels and be adaptable to changing circumstancesPossess a sense of urgency with a problem solving mentalitySkilled in developing customer and vendor relationships while maintaining the ability to effectively negotiate and/or profitably grow the businessStrong financial acumenAbility to work equally well as a team member or independentlyWilling to work in a remote contact center type environment and frequently interacting with customers, vendors, and other employeesPossess a structured approach to meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly goalsAble to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends, afternoons, evening shifts, and overtimeBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredCompany OverviewLDR Site Services offers dumpster rental, portable toilets, temporary fencing, scissor lifts, and equipment rentals.
