Paid Ads Manager (Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest) – E-Commerce Focused

We’re looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist (not an agency, looking for hourly work) with experience in both paid search and paid social to support our e-commerce advertising efforts across multiple platforms: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, and Pinterest. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, analytical, and has a proven track record of running and optimizing e-commerce campaigns. You’ll be responsible not only for keeping campaigns running smoothly, but also for making data-driven suggestions, reporting on performance, and occasionally communicating directly with clients. What You'll Be Doing: Monitoring and maintaining active ad campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Google, and Pinterest Analyzing performance and providing weekly reporting and insights Proactively suggesting optimizations, creative testing, and funnel improvements Executing approved changes directly within ad platforms Advising on best practices based on performance data and platform trends Occasionally joining client calls and managing light client communication (emails, Slack, etc.) Supporting with creative ideas and ad structure when needed What We’re Looking For: Proven experience managing ads for e-commerce brands across the platforms mentioned Strong grasp of ad analytics, A/B testing, ROAS, CPA, conversion tracking, etc. Someone who can not just follow directions but provide strategic guidance Excellent written and spoken English — this role is client-facing Available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented Bonus Points For: Experience in Shopify or other DTC platforms Knowledge of email marketing or SMS tools To Apply, Please Include: A short message explaining your experience with e-commerce ad campaigns Examples of previous ad accounts or brands you’ve worked on (case studies or screenshots welcome) Platforms you’re strongest on (e.g., TikTok, Meta, etc.) Confirmation that you're available during EST hours Apply tot his job
