A growing, mission-driven mental health group practice based in the U.S. is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join the team. This is a long-term, part-time role starting at 8 hours/week—with opportunity to grow as the business expands. What You’ll Do Track hours manually and with Upwork Answer and return phone calls (using the Line2 app—must have a smartphone and access to the US App Store) Respond to client emails within 24 hours Schedule appointments and send intake info Take notes during meetings with action steps Maintain a call/email tracker Respect client confidentiality (HIPAA), use good judgment, and offer thoughtful solutions Communicate with warmth, professionalism, and care Be responsive and be eager to offer support Ideal Candidate Lives in the India, Philippines or U.S. Has VA experience and is looking for long-term work Comfortable using tools like ChatGPT Tech-savvy and eager to learn Excellent English writing and speaking skills Detail-oriented with a heart for helping others Available between 10AM–5PM EST Excited to grow with a purpose-driven business Looking for a long term position Requirements Smartphone with access to the US Line2 app (if in Phillipines ) Strong written/spoken English Reliable internet connection Willingness to submit a short video introduction or join a Zoom call Compensation Weekly pay Time tracking required To apply, please send: A short introduction A link to a video intro or offer to schedule a Zoom Responses to the following: 1.
