Job Description: Position: Design Specialist (In-Home Sales) ALL WARM LEADS (no door knocking or cold calling). THIS JOB IS COMMISSION ONLY BASED. Pay: $55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year. Work Location: Field-based role requiring regular travel to client locations -- Servicing San Clemente and surrounding areas. Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and services. Provide on-site quotes to customers accurately. Assist customers with installation issues. Walk sites with customers and subcontractors on job start dates. Convert all leads into sales daily. Implement company-defined sales tactics. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from job starts to final install. Design personalized landscapes for our customers. Secure contracts and payments efficiently. Maintain communication with current and past customers. Gather information for weekly sales meetings. Monitor emails regularly. Track work-related hours by clocking in and out daily. Report on-site or customer issues to your supervisor. Review contracts with customers and answer their questions. Ideal Qualifications: Preferred experience in artificial turf or landscaping Exceptional communication skills. Punctuality for all appointments and meetings. At least 1 year of previous outside sales experience. Ability to measure accurate square footage. Familiarity with G-mail, Google Drive, Buildertrend, and other CRM systems. Creative thinking with the ability to sketch and draw. Reliable transportation.
