As a key member of our operations, you'll provide document review and data entry support to our clients, making a positive difference in the organization you support. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Job Details:** * **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 7AM-3PM or 2PM-10PM EST (may require weekends and overtime) * **Compensation:** $15 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives * **Benefits:** Great benefits package, including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time **Responsibilities:** As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing production services to client operations by performing administrative tasks such as data-entry, document processing, and scanning * Receiving documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for accurate processing * Processing documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information * Identifying documents and their purpose to create a database of information * Providing great customer service and working closely with our team to ensure seamless operations **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent level of education * Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship * Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test * Ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM (words per minute) on a computer * Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems * Great attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in data entry, document processing, or a related field * Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day.
