Outbound Sales Representative

PrismHR is a premier cruise line seeking Personal Vacation Consultants to join their direct sales team. The role involves cultivating relationships with guests, managing outbound calls, and leveraging sales tools to drive luxury travel sales. Responsibilities Manage 100+ outbound calls per day, utilizing leads provided through the website and strategic partnerships Leverage SF Campaigns to identify travel needs, present luxury cruise products, and close sales Articulate complex cruise features, benefits, and pricing, including stateroom upgrades, onboard credits, and unique itineraries Establish and maintain high-quality customer relationships to meet retention goals Proactively track guest travel trends and history within a contact database to offer personalized recommendations Participate in department-approved mass email campaigns targeted at specific guest profiles Skills 6 months to 1 year of sales experience (any industry) Professionalism in applications (no misspellings or frequent job-jumping) High School Diploma or equivalent required Post-secondary education in Marketing or Business Familiarity with Salesforce.com or travel reservation systems Benefits Free Cruises to experience the luxury product firsthand.
