Oracle HCM Technical/Functional Specialist
Location: Remote/Hybrid in Richmond, VA
Duration: 3+ Months
Seeking an Oracle HCM Technical/Functional Specialist experienced with Oracle HCM SAAS products and be ready to contribute to system administration, development, and configuration setup. This role involves report and dashboard development, security, workflow, and supporting the Redwood conversion and maintenance across HCM modules.
ā¢ Enhance reports and dashboards using RFT, OTBI, and BI tools, and implement Data Fusion analytics.
ā¢ Create new journeys to support and enhance transactional processes.
ā¢ Provide technical expertise in Talent areas such as performance evaluations, goals, and succession planning.
ā¢ Facilitate conversion from Responsive UI to Redwood for existing functionality and enhancements.
ā¢ Assist with complex user issue resolution.
ā¢ Work with teams to address functional changes in system modules like ORC, Compensation, HCM, and more.
ā¢ Support and set up HDL and interface activities, especially for workforce structures and profiles.
Must-Have Skills:
ā¢ 3+ years of experience creating and editing reports via RTF, BI, OTBI in Oracle HCM/Data Fusion analytics.
ā¢ 3+ years of experience creating global and secured dashboards.
ā¢ 3+ years of setting up and configuring HCM modules such as Core, Talent, Compensation, Recruiting, and more.
ā¢ 3+ years of experience creating and maintaining journeys.
ā¢ Experience with troubleshooting end-user issues and transactional workflows.
ā¢ Experience with HDL loads.
