Oracle HCM OTL (Time & Labor) Cloud Consultant Location: Remote PST Duration: 12 months plus only on w2 Experience: 10+ Years Job Description We are seeking a senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in Time & Labor (OTL) and Absence Management. The consultant will lead end-to-end implementation and support, working closely with business and technical teams on process mapping, integrations, data migration, and testing. Required Skills • 10+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation & support • 5+ years of Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) • 5+ years of Oracle Absence Management • Strong experience in process mapping, functional design, and client discussions • Hands-on with HCM Data Loader (HDL) • Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Reporting • Working knowledge of Fast Formula & Visual Builder Studio (VBS) • Good understanding of Global HR, Payroll, and Security • Experience with integrations, data migration, and testing strategy • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Team handling experience (5+ members) plus Apply tot his job
