Operations Manager
Milestone Technologies is looking for an Operations Manager to support a variety of operational needs for one of our clients. This role provides critical operational and financial infrastructure for global Professional Development (PD) and Enablement programs. The core focus is on managing the Market Development Funds (MDF), Partner Services Funds (PSF), Google Payments Center, and Ariba system to ensure seamless program execution across a variety of funding programs. Key Tasks: Support strategic initiatives such as: Partner Onboarding Meetings, Regional Strategy Support, Collaborative Channel Work, Events, Presentations, and Consultancy. Partner Relationship Management: Funding Consultation, Alias Management, Monthly Check-ins with Partners Own End-to-End Financial Processes: Funding Request Management (MDF Processes), Specialized PO Creation, PSF & Supplier Onboarding, Funding questions, troubleshooting, and support. Key Skills: ● Operational Excellence: A natural ability to follow complex workflows accurately and manage multiple requests without letting anything slip through the cracks. ● Strong Attention to Detail: Precise data entry and document review skills, especially when handling payment forms, contracts, and compliance letters. ● Clear Communication: The ability to write helpful, easy-to-follow emails to internal teams and partners to guide them through the payment process. ● Reliability & Follow-through: Consistency in monitoring deadlines (like month-end or half-year "use it or lose it" dates) to ensure all projects are completed on time. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across different regional teams (NA and India) and departments (Channel, Marketing) to align funding goals. ● Public Speaking & Presentation: Comfort presenting complex financial information to groups of new partners during onboarding sessions. ● Consultative Problem Solving: Ability to handle reactive 1:1 partner meetings and provide tailored solutions to unique funding or system access challenges.
