Operational Excellence Consultant

At Honeywell Aerospace, we solve the toughest challenges in aviation and deliver innovations that shape the future of flight. From advanced propulsion and avionics to integrated systems and services, our technologies help keep aircraft flying safely, efficiently, and sustainably. Come join our team of world‑changing thinkers, doers, dreamers, and makers.

The Honeywell Aerospace Operating System (AOS) is our enterprise‑wide Lean operating model, grounded in respect for people and a relentless commitment to continuous improvement. AOS provides the standardized processes, tools, and behaviors that empower teams to solve problems, eliminate waste, and deliver with consistency and excellence across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program execution.

Honeywell is progressing through an exciting AOS transformation journey—moving from foundational adoption to deeper integration, cultural maturity, and consistent execution across the global Aerospace organization. This work is strengthening collaboration, operational discipline, and performance at every level.

As an Operational Excellence Consultant, you will play a vital role in this evolution. You will help teams make an impact, make real connections, and make the best version of themselves—driving meaningful improvements, coaching AOS behaviors, and enabling Honeywell Aerospace to climb higher, together.
