We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Online Full Time Faculty member to teach courses in our Counselor Education and Supervision Ph.D. program. Key Responsibilities:
Teach one or more subjects within the prescribed curriculum and encourage student success
Prepare and deliver competency-based online education, providing theory and practice education
Partner with Enrollment, Academic, and Finance counselors to provide support to students
Stimulate class discussions and foster an online culture of learning that values mutual responsibility, life-long learning, diversity, and ethics
Serve as Chair of dissertation committees and participate in yearly doctoral residencies
Compile, administer, and grade examinations, and provide qualitative, holistic feedback to support student learning
Requirements:
Doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision or a related field
Independent license in the field of counseling
Experience in conducting research or scholarly related activities
Outstanding communication skills and ability to adapt to an e-learning environment
Commitment to teaching, mentoring, and research, and a passion for integrating faith and diversity into your work
