Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. JEM Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technical projects within their Engineering team. This role is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesManage projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety complianceServe as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, internal teams, and regulatory authoritiesCoordinate cross-functional teams and oversee project execution and performanceMonitor risks, manage project documentation, and provide regular project updatesMaintain strong customer relationships and ensure high client satisfactionSkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experienceMandatory experience with Fire Alarm ProjectsProven Project Management experience in technical or construction-related environmentsStrong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and project management methodologiesAbility to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environmentsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsProficiency with project management toolsPMP, NICET, SET, OSHA, or similar certificationsTechnical background in installation, engineering, service, or field supervisionExperience working with inspectors, fire marshals, or regulatory agenciesStrong problem-solving and ownership mindsetBenefitsHeath/Dental/Vision Insurance (50% coverage for the employee and dependents)401kPTO (2 weeks yearly)Sick Leaves (5 days yearly)Company OverviewWelcome to JEM Systems!
