As an Online Client Support Associate at Dunzo, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless experience while helping to resolve queries and issues that may arise. • *Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or social media platforms, ensuring a... positive client experience.
- Accurately diagnose and resolve client issues to achieve high satisfaction levels.
- Provide detailed information regarding our services, delivery processes, and promotions.
- Assist in the training of new clients on how to effectively use the Dunzo platform.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in the designated CRM tool.
- Collaborate with the product and operations teams to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Actively participate in team meetings, offering insights and feedback based on client interaction experiences.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.
- Participate in or initiate opportunities for skill development and training.
- Remain current with product knowledge and changes, as well as competitor offerings.
• *Requirements:**
- Educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing higher education in relevant fields is a plus.
- No prior experience required; however, any experience in customer service or support is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively assist and advise clients.
- Resourceful and energetic personality, capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent strategic planning skills to anticipate client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Ability to adapt to changes in client needs, products, or services.
- Basic proficiency in using computers and digital communication platforms (social media, email, chat).
- Comfortable with working in a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
