Job Overview As an Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in engaging with website visitors, responding to their queries, and providing prompt and accurate service. Reporting to the Online Chat Manager, you'll be responsible for a range of customer service-related tasks, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support in real-time. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary Build relationships with new customers to understand and achieve their needs Provide accurate, concise, and appropriate responses to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems Promote interest in client products and services Consistently achieve established standards of the position Project a positive and professional image, embodying blithequark's values and culture Provide administrative support to the customer service team Assist with overflow work and other duties as needed Qualifications and Skills To succeed as an Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll need: A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment PC keyboarding and internet experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal An upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role Ability to compose professional emails (a plus) Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English Basic technical skills, including the ability to navigate through smartphone and computer applications An empathetic and kind personality, with a customer-centric approach What We Offer At blithequark, we believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication.
