National Sales Manager

To overachieve sales revenue and market share targets for a specified market or region. To practice good sales team management in terms of organization, administration, expense planning and control. To ensure that the company’s agreed quality standards are maintained regarding its products, procedures, policies, operations, and customer contact. Visualize and executes various events as per compliance standards. To engage, mentor, and motivate the team under him to create the drive for excellent performance and inspire them to take on bigger responsibilities. Strong channel management. Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies and plans including positioning and pricing strategies ensuring profitable double-digit growth in sales, revenue through strategic planning, executing plans, and management of a supportive team. Provide market and competitor information to the leadership and product management team to feed the targeting, pricing and product development processes. Implement hands-on marketing plans including conferences, roadshows, workshops, training plans and other market activities. Participate in development, implementation of sales and marketing budgets including forecasting. Report performance compared to budget/strategy targets on a monthly/quarterly basis. Take necessary corrective actions in case budgets targets are not met. Build a commercial organization which can support the overall growth strategy. Lead and manage the commercial organization using the CooperSurgical sales excellence program including campaign and pipeline-tools. Ensure that the sales and marketing organization builds strong relationships with distributors and customers. Ensure that the distributors become an integrated part of the marketing plans and efforts. Build strong hands-on relationships with key stakeholders in the market. Build strong hands-on relationships with key distributors. Identify and implement best practices and ensure knowledge exchange within marketing & sales with international colleagues in Cooper Surgical Collaborate with Global Marketing within implementation of marketing initiatives in the assigned region. Monitor competitors’ activity. Be a member of CooperSurgical China’s management team. Qualifications Degree in sales, marketing or business administration and/or and education preferably related to pharma, medical device, biotech or similar
