Part-Time Social Media Content Creator

nuDoors is a small, growing start up doing kitchen renovations differently. We help people upgrade their kitchens without demolition by just putting nuDoors on their cabinets. Now we’re ready to bring someone on to help us consistently share what we do across social media. This is a part-time, role. You’ll be in the office twice a week to film, edit, and schedule content, plus help manage our social media presence day to day. You don’t need to have worked in a renovation business before, we’re not looking for a construction expert. We’re looking for someone creative, reliable, and sharp with content. This is also a great fit for someone who wants to grow into a larger creative or marketing role as we scale. What You'll Do • Film and edit content • Post daily (7 days per week) across multiple platforms using scheduled content • Create short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest and more • Write clear, natural captions • Reply to comments and DMs • Engage with others online by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content • Track engagement and offer insights or suggestions Platforms You’ll Work On InstagramTikTokPinterestFacebookYouTube ShortsLinkedIn (company and founder profiles) What We’re Looking For • You’re local to South Jersey and can be in West Berlin twice a week • You know how to shoot and edit vertical video with your phone • You’re comfortable using tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot or similar • You can write social captions that sound like a human, not a brand • You’re organized and consistent with your work • You’re curious about how to get people’s attention online • You don’t need to be micromanaged to stay on track What You’ll Get • A consistent part-time role • $18 to $20 per hour depending on experience • A company phone to use for filming and posting • Access to installs, behind-the-scenes moments, and real stories • Creative freedom with support from the team • An opportunity to grow into a larger role as the company scales How to Apply Email [email protected] or apply here.
