Nanny Onboarding Specialist – Remote, Fixed-Price Project with Ongoing Opportunities (U.S. App Only)
Description: Neuronanny is a boutique nanny agency specializing in neurodiverse-informed care for families across the U.S. We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and empathetic Nanny Onboarding Specialist to assist with a 2-week onboarding project as we bring in 5–10 new caregivers. This is a fixed-price, part-time freelance role for the initial project, with the opportunity to continue on an hourly basis for future maintenance or support work. ⸻ Project Overview (Fixed-Price Phase): • Duration: 2 weeks • Pay Structure: Fixed price based on an hourly estimate of 24 hours at $18–$25/hour (totaling approx.$450–$600) • Project Goal: Onboard 5–10 new nannies • Task Management: All assignments and subtasks will be tracked in Asana • Potential for light follow-up work after completion ⸻Responsibilities: • Create detailed caregiver profiles showcasing each nanny’s strengths, training, and personality • Collect information such as vaccination status and willingness to perform additional tasks (e.g., travel, meal prep) • Guide candidates through prompts related to their caregiving philosophy and goals • Assist with email and payroll system setup • Send welcome packages to completed hires • Provide supportive, thoughtful communication throughout onboarding ⸻ Ideal Candidate: • Experience in onboarding, recruitment, or caregiver placement • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and organized with remote tools (bolthires Drive, email setup, etc.) • U.S.-based • Comfortable handling sensitive family/candidate info with discretion ⸻ Position Details: • Contract Type: Fixed-price for project phase • Total Estimated Pay: $450–$600 • Time Commitment: Approx.24 hours over 2 weeks • Future Opportunity: May transition to an hourly support role for follow-up, edits, or new onboarding rounds ⸻ Additional Info: • NDA and freelance agreement must be signed before work begins • Communication will occur via email and Upwork messaging • Zoom/phone calls with candidates may be scheduled as needed • Flexible working hours, but deadlines must be met ⸻ If you’re passionate about connecting families with exceptional caregivers and supporting the neurodiverse community, we’d love to hear from you!Apply tot his job
