About the Role: Remote Chat Agent We're seeking an experienced Remote Chat Agent to join our team. As a Chat Agent, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients through our chat and text messaging platforms. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring prompt and efficient service Identify and report system errors or anomalies to the relevant teams, ensuring seamless customer experiences Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency Operate within multiple software platforms, leveraging technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences Maintain a high level of performance, with an ERA above 10% potentially resulting in coaching and possible termination Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A strong knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles Access to high-speed internet, ensuring seamless communication with our customers A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundational level of education While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly preferred: Previous experience in customer service or a related field, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner Familiarity with multiple software platforms, including chat and text messaging tools A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences Skills and Competencies Required for Success To excel as a Remote Chat Agent at blithequark, you'll need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner A strong customer service mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences The ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline Technical skills, including familiarity with multiple software platforms and a strong understanding of technology A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to respond to changing customer needs and priorities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
