Key Responsibilities
Maintain a strong pipeline and demonstrate proven production capabilities.
Work with a variety of loan types, including home purchases, refinancing, and cash-out loans.
Requirements
Valid NMLS license.
At least 1 year of experience in loan origination.
Proven track record with 3+ units closed monthly or $750K in originations.
Experience with Encompass is a plus.
Ability to work remotely.
