[Remote] Product Operations Analyst

This role supports the development of product strategy by delivering actionable insights that inform growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness through analysis of product performance and customer behavior.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development of long-term product goals and strategic objectives. Support quarterly and annual planning cycles by providing data-driven insights and performance analysisWrite and execute queries to analyze product usage, feature adoption, customer behavior, and performance trends. Conduct cohort, funnel, and segmentation analyses to identify opportunities and risksDefine, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure customer experience, product effectiveness, growth, and operational health. Develop and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into product performanceDesign, measure, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate product changes and validate strategic hypotheses. Ensure analytical rigor and clear interpretation of resultsIdentify, analyze, and monitor issues that affect adoption, retention, profitability, and productivity. Proactively surface insights and recommend corrective actionsPartner with Product Management, User Experience, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment between product performance data and business objectivesTranslate complex datasets into clear reports and presentations for product leadership and executive stakeholdersSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field2-4+ years of experience in product analyticsExperience supporting Product Management or Product Operations teams in a SaaS, technology, or platform-based organizationStrong proficiency in querying large datasetsExperience with BI and product analytics tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Looker, Tableau, Gainsight PX or similar platformsExperience designing and interpreting A/B or multivariate experimentsDemonstrated ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business insightsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholdersFamiliarity with Agile product development methodologiesExperience aligning analytics with OKRs, planning processes, and operational reporting frameworksExposure to data modeling, Python, R, or advanced statistical techniques is a plusExperience working with distributed or global teamsBenefits10% bonus potentialCompany OverviewEagleview is a leading provider of aerial imagery, property insights and software that transforms the way people work.
