Learn more about our story at: About the role We are looking for a motivated and performance-oriented Junior to Mid-Level User Acquisition Specialist to join one of Ruby Labs’ fastest-growing tech products. This is an opportunity for marketing managers with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta who are eager to grow and learn within a high-performing growth team. Key Responsibilities • Conduct creative research for Meta campaigns across multiple regions. • Testing new ideas and hypotheses for maximizing results. • Analyze campaign performance hourly/daily/weekly/monthly + flagging key trends or anomalies. • Track and manage the Meta source. • Campaign optimization based on CPA & ROAS results. • Collaborate with team members on campaign execution and planning. Qualifications • 1+ years of experience managing Meta Ads. • Experience managing monthly budgets of $100k+. • Familiarity with conversion campaigns. • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets. • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. • Solid understanding of marketing terminology. • Professional working proficiency in English. • Strong organizational and time management skills. Nice to have • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Experience managing high advertising budgets. • Experience with Snapchat, Pinterest, Rich Ads, Reddit, Quora, and X (formerly Twitter). Location Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone.
