They are seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of scalable technology solutions in a complex, regulated environment, focusing on product strategy and compliance across multiple states.ResponsibilitiesOwn the product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous optimizationTranslate business priorities into clear technical requirements, user stories, and delivery plansDrive roadmap development aligned to strategic initiatives, modernization efforts, and business goalsPartner closely with engineering to design scalable architectures, integrations, and APIsLead product development efforts that integrate software with physical hardware components, including self-service systemsOwn and standardize product and operational documentation across multiple state jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with state-specific requirementsTranslate varying state regulations and workflows into scalable product requirements and repeatable processesSupport delivery of complex, multi-state programs in regulated environmentsAct as the connective tissue across product, engineering, operations, and external partnersContribute to vendor strategy, including evaluation, onboarding, and performance managementLead prioritization across features, enhancements, and defects to maximize revenue, retention, and operational efficiencyIdentify and execute opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve system performanceDefine success metrics and use data to inform decisions and continuous improvementPerform other duties as assignedSkills8+ years of experience in product management or technical program managementStrong technical fluency including APIs, system architecture, integrations, and SaaS platformsExperience working in multi-state or highly regulated environments requiring detailed documentation and compliance alignmentProven ability to create, manage, and scale documentation that supports product delivery, operations, and regulatory requirementsProven experience working with hardware-integrated products, preferably in self-service kiosk environmentsExperience translating business requirements into solutions that span both software and physical systemsExperience building or managing products in a multi-tenant environment, with an understanding of tenant configuration, data separation, and scalable architectureBackground in government, fintech, automotive, or similarly regulated industriesExperience managing state-by-state product variations within a unified, multi-tenant platformDirect experience with self-service kiosk platforms, unattended systems, or hardware ecosystemsExperience building scalable documentation frameworks or playbooks across jurisdictionsProven ability to operate in complex, cross-functional environments with competing prioritiesStrong analytical mindset with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomesExperience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern development practicesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to bring clarity to complexity and structure to ambiguitySystems-thinking approach, not siloed thinkingDemonstrated ability to lead through influence, not authorityFocus on outcomes, not just deliveryAbility to balance speed with precision in regulated environmentsFamiliarity with CI/CD, cloud environments (AWS), and system migrationsBenefitsNeumo offers a competitive benefits and compensation packageCompany OverviewNeumo specializes in revenue capture, augmentation, and compliance to assist governments in maximizing their appropriate collections.
