About the Role:
Remote work opportunity from anywhere in Texas
Competitive salary of $17/hr with weekly pay and benefits
Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday between 7am-8pm CST
Equipment provided and shipped to you
Responsibilities:
Conduct prior-authorizations (PAs) and insurance verification for patients
Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and insurance payers via telephone and email
Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
Receive and make outbound calls to patients and insurance providers
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-year recent experience in medical insurance, prior authorization, or a related field
Experience with Medicare/Medicaid program administration
Knowledge of insurance verification and claim adjudication or medical billing
Familiarity with ICD-10, HCPCS, or CPT is a plus!
Excellent attendance record with no attendance issues
