Responsibilities

⢠Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels to promote listings and attract potential buyers or tenants
⢠Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property laws, and real estate regulations to provide accurate guidance
⢠Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, scheduling appointments, and maintaining detailed client records
⢠Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, clear communication, and personalized support

⢠Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals successfully
⢠Strong marketing acumen to create compelling property listings and outreach campaigns
⢠Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse client needs effectively
⢠Outstanding communication skills to clearly explain complex real estate concepts and foster trust
⢠Deep understanding of property management, real estate law, and Fair Housing regulations
⢠Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple clients, appointments, and documentation efficiently
