Located in Madison, WI, Frank Productions was established in 1964 and is one of the largest concert promotion companies in the United States. Frank Productions, a joint venture partner with Live Nation, offers full-service concert promotion involved in every facet of live entertainment events, including talent buying, production, ticketing, marketing, sponsorships, and special events. We produce and promote events in arenas, performing arts centers, theaters, clubs and other venues across the U.S. We operate offices and venues in Madison, WI, Nashville, TN, Columbia, MO, and Charleston, SC.

What This Person Will Do
β€’ Compile and communicate available dates and holds with venues
β€’ Build show offers within company booking system under the direction of the Talent Buyers
β€’ Responsible for confirming events in booking system and communicating event details internally and externally
β€’ Facilitate communication of pertinent show information between all departments
β€’ Work with Director of Production on event settlements as needed
β€’ General communication regarding holds and offers with agents and their assistants
β€’ Execute all offer approvals as needed prior to submission
β€’ Responsible for artist and venue contract distribution internally
β€’ Maintain Event Booking Database of venues and contacts
β€’ Submit gross reports to industry trade magazines weekly
β€’ Participate in weekly Booking meetings
β€’ Maintain relationships with agencies and other touring departments
β€’ Research and provide feedback and data on potential shows
β€’ What This Person Will Bring
β€’ Applicable experience with administrative support or similar skills
β€’ An avid interest in music, knowledge about artists and genres, and an interest in learning about the music industry
β€’ Willingness to occasionally work unconventional hours as job duties demand
β€’ Very occasional travel may be required
β€’ Ability to meet set deadlines and practice excellent time-management skills
β€’ Ability to work independently and solve problems using sound decision-making skills
β€’ Ability to navigate social media channels and other relevant tools and software
β€’ Excellent organizational skills and significant attention to detail
β€’ Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment that includes in-person collaboration, group e-mails, and instant messaging
β€’ Ability to adapt and be flexible
β€’ Professional and friendly demeanor
β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

β€’ PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
β€’ Extended periods of sitting at a computer station or work desk
β€’ Utilization of hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment
β€’ This position is expected to work forty (40) hours per week or more. This position is an at-will position, meaning that either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time without notice or cause.
