Lead Onboarding Success: Guide new hires through seamless onboarding processes, ensuring integration and long-term retention.
Achieve Sales Excellence: Operate in a performance-driven environment, leveraging your experience to meet and exceed ambitious sales and hiring targets.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
• 3–5 years in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in the mortgage or financial services sector).
• Proven success in B2B sales or client relationship management with a strong track record of exceeding revenue goals.
• Experience in prospecting, cold outreach, and managing leads through CRM tools.
• Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals or partnerships, particularly within mortgage or real estate industries.
Skills:
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, email campaign platforms, and sales enablement software.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a remote work environment.
