About the Position: **This is a remote position with occasional travel to the Indianapolis, Indiana area. Candidates within a reasonable driving distance of Indianapolis are preferred.** Responsibilities: Process Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable transactions for our clients Reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts on a monthly basis Recurring journal entries Work with clients to provide updates and answer questions, escalating to a Controller when necessary. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Minimum of 2 years of related experience Advanced knowledge of QBO and experience with cloud-based accounting software and tools (Bill.com, Tallie, Gusto, etc.) preferred Passionate about technology and able to learn new software quickly Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized with great attention to detail and an emphasis on creating an excellent customer experience Milestone offers competitive compensation and benefits, paid time away from work benefits, and a flexible work environment.
