We are expanding our growth team and are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to help scale our affiliate and IB channel. Responsibilities Source, onboard, and manage affiliate and IB partners Structure and launch affiliate test campaigns with clear KPIs Monitor performance, quality of traffic, and conversion metrics Support the scaling of high-performing affiliates Contribute to the evolution of the affiliate program structure Requirements Proven experience managing affiliate or IB programs in the crypto industry Strong understanding of crypto trading products; derivatives or options experience is a strong advantage Existing network of affiliate partners, IBs, or trading communities Ability to activate partnerships efficiently without a long ramp-up period Results-driven and comfortable with performance-based compensation models What We Offer Performance-based compensation with clear upside Transparent commission and scaling structure High level of autonomy and responsibility Opportunity to shape the affiliate channel at an early stage How to Apply Please apply by submitting: Your CV A short note outlining your affiliate/IB experience and regions of focus Applications without relevant affiliate or crypto industry experience will not be considered.
