The Marketing Project Coordinator will manage the life cycle of marketing projects, ensuring effective communication and timely execution of marketing initiatives.ResponsibilitiesManage the full life cycle of print and digital creative projects in our digital work order system, keeping everything on track and on timeCoordinate production and delivery of direct mail, newsletters, e-newsletters, newspapers, and other marketing materials, ensuring deadlines are met with precisionAct as a key communicator and collaborator, connecting members, marketing managers, vendors, and stakeholders to keep marketing initiatives running smoothlyProactively reach out to stakeholders via email and phone to support project execution and ensure timely completion of initiativesConduct quality assurance checks on all marketing materials, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standardsManage custom print and collateral orders from start to finish, ensuring high-quality resultsProcess membersβ orders efficiently through Great Plains accounting software, supporting smooth operational workflowsSkillsExceptional time-management skills with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high attention to detailA strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and internal team members, fostering effective relationships across a diverse populationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectivelySelf-motivated and driven, with a passion for setting and exceeding high standardsProficient in Microsoft Office SuitePreferred experience with Workamajig, Salesforce, Great Plains (GP), Adobe, and Call SourceProven experience collaborating with internal clients or stakeholders to gather information, coordinate projects, and deliver successful resultsBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred.
