Manager, Internal Controls

We are looking for an experienced Manager, Internal Controls to join our team at PayPal. Our organization is the world's leading platform for secure and convenient payments and money transfers. We pride ourselves on providing innovative and secure payment solutions to our customers.The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong organizational and management skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain effective internal controls. They should be able to identify areas of potential risk and devise suitable strategies to mitigate those risks. They should also be an analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.The Manager, Internal Controls will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of internal controls, as well as monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will be a key part of our team, helping to ensure that our internal processes and procedures are effective and secure.This position requires a minimum of five years' experience in a managerial role within internal controls, risk management, or audit, in addition to knowledge of applicable laws and regulations. The successful candidate should be a self-starter who is motivated to take ownership of projects and to drive them to completion. They should also possess excellent interpersonal skills, as they will be liaising with various internal and external stakeholders.
