Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information about our services. Provide accurate information about flights, services, and policies, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently. Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the resolution. Assist customers with booking, modifications, and cancellations , providing a seamless travel experience. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, working closely with teams to resolve customer issues. Maintain and update customer records in the database, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date. Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are resolved, providing a high level of customer service. Requirements Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Proven customer service experience , preferably in the airline industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment , with a high level of adaptability and flexibility. Strong problem-solving skills , with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently. Proficient in basic computer applications , with experience using software applications and technology. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace, with a dedicated area for work. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required. Experience working in a remote environment , with a high level of self-motivation and discipline. Knowledge of airline industry operations and regulations, with experience working with airline systems and technology.
