**Job Summary**

As a Senior Manager, MedTech Customer Experience Management Program NA TMO Lead (Project Butterfly), you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of customer experience management programs for arenaflex's medical technology solutions in North America. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to design and deliver customer experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the development and implementation of customer experience management programs for arenaflex's medical technology solutions in North America
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
* Develop and implement customer feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement
* Work with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute customer engagement strategies
* Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that customer needs are incorporated into product design and development
* Develop and manage budgets and resources to support customer experience management programs
* Analyze and report on customer experience metrics to inform business decisions
* Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and marketing teams

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Minimum 8 years of experience in customer experience management, marketing, or a related field
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer experience management programs
* Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences in the medical technology industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with customer feedback mechanisms and analysis
* Familiarity with market research and analysis techniques
