Manager, Compliance Assurance and Automation

Job Description: • Pioneer and operationalize a second-line-of-defense compliance assurance function for product-related compliance • Translate regulatory requirements into effective controls and own control documentation and the compliance register • Design, build, and oversee automation to continuously monitor and test that compliance controls operate as intended • Conduct compliance assessments and audits to evaluate adherence to laws, regulations, policies, and standards • Develop and oversee data collection, validation, and reporting for compliance reviews and regulatory reporting • Partner with Legal, HR, Product, Operations, and other teams to embed compliance requirements into policies and processes • Support remediation efforts and provide detailed reporting and insights to inform leadership and strengthen compliance posture • Deliver scalable compliance approaches, detailed reporting, and drive continuous improvements in compliance workflows Requirements: • 6+ years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or a related field • Proven track record of executing compliance programs in a fast-paced environment, preferably in technology or finance sectors • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks, standards, and best practices • Experience conducting audits, testing controls, and reporting findings • Experience working cross-functionally to align on compliance standards and reporting processes • Demonstrated experience building automated solutions for compliance operations • Certifications such as the CIA, CISA, CRISC, or accreditation by industry bodies such as ACAMS are preferred but not required • Strong analytical and communication skills • Ability to execute at the lowest level of detail and work autonomously • Experience embedding compliance requirements into policies and processes Benefits: • 401(k) plan with employer matching • 16 weeks of paid parental leave • Wellness benefits • Commuter benefits match • Paid time off and paid sick leave in compliance with applicable laws • Medical, dental, and vision benefits • 11 paid holidays • Disability and basic life insurance • Family-forming assistance • Mental health program • Flexible paid time off/vacation (for salaried roles) • 80 hours of paid sick time per year (for salaried roles) • Vacation and sick accruals for hourly roles as described • Opportunities for equity grants • Premium healthcare and wellness expense reimbursement (as stated) Apply tot his job
