We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team, with a strong background in AI, ML, and data science. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable machine learning models on hybrid cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. Your expertise in both data science and advanced computing methods for modeling will enable us to accelerate model development life cycle and optimize compute resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of AI and ML solutions, leveraging expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and generative AI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and analysts to integrate data insights into business strategies and inform product roadmaps.
Develop and deploy scalable data pipelines and modeling solutions using cloud-based technologies and programming languages like Python, BigQuery, and Spark.
Lead innovation through external perspective, researching emerging trends and advancements in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI, and applying this knowledge to solve complex problems.
Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership, via clear reports, visualizations, and presentations.
Mentor junior team members, guiding them on project execution, best practices, and professional development.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a focus on developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
Strong programming skills in at least one language (Python, SQL, Spark, C++).
Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and analytical rigor.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a focus on developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
In-depth knowledge of deep learning techniques (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), NLP concepts and tools, generative AI models, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Proficiency in multiple programming languages (including Python, SQL, Spark, C++, CUDA) and familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
