Logistics Manager – eCommerce

We’re hiring a Logistics Manager with strong eCommerce operations experience. This role is 100% remote and focuses on managing daily logistics, order flow, inventory accuracy, carrier coordination, shipping performance, and overall fulfillment efficiency for a fast-growing U.S. company. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end eCommerce logistics operations (Shopify, Amazon, marketplaces, DTC). • Oversee order flow: processing, routing, exceptions, delays, cancellations, and returns. • Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) and 3PL partners. • Monitor and improve shipping performance, SLAs, on-time delivery, and error rates. • Track inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies across warehouses or 3PLs. • Manage inbound and outbound shipments, freight scheduling, labeling, and documentation. • Handle escalations: lost packages, delivery failures, and other customer-impacting issues. • Provide daily and weekly reporting on key fulfillment KPIs. • Collaborate with operations, support, and sales to ensure smooth logistics execution. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce logistics or fulfillment operations. • Experience with Shopify, Amazon FBA/FBM, and/or DTC fulfillment. • Solid understanding of carriers, 3PLs, inventory systems, and shipping workflows. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and follow-through. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work remotely and independently with daily accountability. Preferred Experience • Previous roles at eCommerce brands, warehouses, 3PLs, fulfillment centers, or last-mile logistics. • Experience with WMS, OMS, 3PL portals, ShipStation, or similar tools.
