Sr. Payroll Specialist

Advanced MS Excel users only, as you'll be working with and manipulating large amounts of data at a time. Responsibilities:
 Initiate, process, and monitor all payroll activities between centers
 Assist with the coordination efforts between departments including payroll, hr, benefits, and finance/accounting.
 Provide biweekly reporting to management teams ad-hoc reporting requests.
 Assist with reconciliations of payroll prior to final submission for approvals
 Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
 5+ years of demonstrated experience with multistate payroll and tax functions
 UKGPro or UltiPro proficiency is highly preferred
 Current payroll laws and regulations knowledge
 Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
 Ability to problem solve and thrive in a fast paced environment
 Ability to prioritize and multitask with a strong attention to detail
 Excellent communication skills
