In this role you will work closely with other resolver teams within Unisys, the department and other vendors, so if you are eager to make a difference to our government and private clients, keep reading.The successful candidate will work with customers, management, and peers to design, configure, and implement the Windows 10 and 11 endpoint environments, including Microsoft Teams, Office 365, MECM and its supporting infrastructure, and a host of support applications. Work for this role includes BAU support of these services, including incident, change and problem management, as well as project work on service enhancements and system migrations.
