Learning Operations Intern – Data & Platform Quality
We are seeking a detail-oriented intern to support improvements across our learning platforms and internal systems. This role focuses on data accuracy, platform quality, and content standardization.
The intern will be responsible for reviewing and updating customer records, including access codes, group structures, and account organization. This includes identifying inactive or churned customers and ensuring that platform data remains accurate and well-structured.
In addition, the intern will conduct quality assurance testing across training platforms to identify formatting issues, inconsistencies, and usability gaps.
Candidate must:
Be eligible to receive academic credit for this internship
Work approx. 20-30 hours per week
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Comfort working with structured data and an interest in systems or process improvement are preferred.
This internship provides hands-on experience with learning management systems, process optimization, and content quality improvement. The intern will contribute directly to operational improvements with measurable impact.
