Experienced Full Stack CRE Teacher Touch Systems Data Entry Specialist – Virtual Education and Career Development

**The Role**
As a CRE Teacher Touch Systems Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging and effective online learning experiences to students in grades 6-12. You'll work closely with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence, creativity, and critical thinking.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide rich and engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students
* Commit to personalizing learning for all students
* Demonstrate a belief in all students' ability to succeed and meet high expectations
* Differentiate instruction based on student level of mastery
* Augment course content according to prescribed policies and procedures using appropriate asynchronous and synchronous tools
* Maintain grade book ensuring student academic integrity, makes student placement and promotion decisions, and alerts administrators to concerns about student performance and progress
* Prepare students for high stakes standardized tests
* Establish and maintain positive rapport with families and regularly communicate with and respond to students and learning coaches/parents in a timely manner
* Support learning coaches/parents with student curricular and instructional issues, as well as basic troubleshooting in a virtual classroom environment
* Maintain and effectively apply knowledge of the State, National, and Industry Specific learning standards
* Develop effective instructional tools and strategies to supplement and enhance provided curriculum
* Collaborate regularly with the school and national professional learning community
* Administer and proctor's certification assessments where applicable
* Serve as an Advisor for Career & Technical Student Organization
* Support CTE Program Coordinator/school/program with creating business and industry partnerships to help navigate work-based learning experiences for students
* Support a project-based learning model
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree
* Active state teaching license
* Ability to clear required background check
* Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers to interpret and produce numeric, tabular, and graphic representations of student data, and use it to drive instructional decisions
* Receptive to receiving coaching regularly with administrators and teacher trainers
* Ability to embrace change and adapt to ensure excellent student outcomes
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
* Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies and teaching platforms
* Ability to maintain teacher certification/professional development hours and fluency in careerzynith systems, programs, and curriculum
**Desired Qualifications**
* Experience working with proposed age group
* Experience supporting adults and children in the use of technology
* Experience teaching in an online (virtual) and/or in a brick-and-mortar environment
* Experience with online learning platforms
**Work Environment**
* This is a virtual position
* Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week
* Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during workday, typically 9-5 (or 8-4) or as defined by the school
* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for face-to-face professional development, student testing, and/or as required by the school
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Base salary of $49,000
* Eligibility for a performance bonus
