You’ll leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making, ensuring a smooth and high-quality hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and role requirementsManage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and offer managementBuild strong talent pipelines across LATAM using LinkedIn and relevant communitiesDrive efficient hiring processes using ATS tools (Workable) and AI-enabled workflowsCoordinate interviews and deliver a seamless, professional candidate experienceSupport offer preparation, salary proposals, and onboarding processesTrack hiring progress and generate insights to improve recruitment effectivenessStay informed on LATAM market trends and contribute to employer branding initiatives
