Learning Consultant – Make an Impact in Corporate Learning
Location: 100% Remote (Must work EST or CST hours)

In this role, you’ll partner with a leading client to deploy innovative, off-the-shelf learning programs that empower employees and drive business success.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
• Monitor program effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve solutions.
• Stay current on learning trends and apply best practices to drive innovation.
What You Bring
• 3+ years of experience applying learning principles and conducting needs analysis.
• Strong knowledge of learning interventions and adult learning methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence and precision.
• Business and financial acumen to manage budgets and contracts.
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience with organizational development and blended learning design (e-learning, VILT, ILT).
• Project management skills and global team experience.
