Leads and Prospects Researcher

The purpose of the data researcher in our sales department is to identify potential clients, research potential clients’ data, and provide the data for the sales team. This individual will be responsible for conducting data research, analyzing the audience, preparing the list of prospects, and identifying new opportunities for sales growth. Also, the SLR will manage data integrity in CRM, keep information up-to-date, and monitor feeds and alerts for qualified leads.

Responsibilities:
• Validate contact info of prospects and review leads for minimum quality criteria.
• Prepare the list of prospects for importing in CRM.
• Enter data into the CRM for the Sales team to contact qualified leads.
• Flag redundant or irrelevant data in CRM for prospects/leads.
• Research prospects and clients for job changes and schedule follow-up tasks for the sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted audiences.
• Conduct extensive prospect research to identify potential clients.
• Analyze and aggregate received data.
• Maintain accurate records of sales prospects/leads and activity.

Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Speaking and writing English B1+.
• Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Sheetspreads, Docs): Advanced knowledge.
• 1-2 years of work experience preferred, preferably in a process-driven team environment.
• Attention to detail in working with internal systems (CRM, etc.).
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new information related to improving processes.
• Must be independent, self-motivated, and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment.
