Your primary mandate is to maximise ROI across all paid channels — driving consistent, high-quality traffic that converts and retains. You will execute the strategy, manage the budget, and work closely with creative and analytics to continuously improve performance.This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is relentlessly performance-driven, highly analytical, and takes full accountability for their numbers.Key ResponsibilitiesROI & Performance OwnershipOwn and maximise ROAS across all paid channelsDevelop and implement strategies to drive efficient CAC and sustainable growthBuild growth plans based on LTV:CAC ratios and ARPUIdentify scaling opportunities across channels while maintaining performance efficiencyStrategy & ExecutionDefine and execute the UA strategy across all platforms (Meta/Google, TikTok, etc.)Design and implement optimal campaign structures across all active platformsContinuously test and refine targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign setupsCreative CollaborationWork closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creativesIdentify and test new selling angles, creative approaches, and messaging strategiesProvide data-driven feedback to guide creative direction across all channelsAnalytics & DataUse data-driven insights to inform every strategic and tactical decisionBuild and maintain performance reporting and attribution frameworksOwn the testing roadmap: A/B tests, geo-expansion, channel scaling, creative iterationQualifications3+ years in performance marketing with a strong focus on D2C subscription products (web-to-web, web-to-app)Proven track record of maximising ROI and scaling paid acquisitionDeep platform expertise across paid social and search (Meta/Google, TikTok, etc.)Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in Tableau, Google Analytics, and Excel/SQLExperience working with attribution models and performance reporting frameworksLeadership AttributesPerformance-obsessed — ROI maximisation is your primary driver, not vanity metricsHighly analytical — makes every decision based on data, not intuition aloneHands-on and execution-focused — you own your numbers end to endCommercially minded — understands UA as a growth engine and thinks like a profit-focused operatorSelf-directed and accountable — operates with minimal oversight and delivers resultsLocationRuby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone.
